APPROACH TO RISK / RECOVERY

With the increased risk of loss due to an increasingly difficult economic climate, loss control has become a major focus area.  Part of this renewed focus is to manage, in conjunction with the current Loss Control and Risk Management processes of the client.

Current Risk Management practices are as follows:
A Vehicle Tracking and Communication device is fitted on all Core Vehicles and is achieved via tracking systems.  These tracking devices locate the vehicles via GPS (Global Positioning system) and feeds the data to the specific hub.

The movement tracking reports are generated to confirm the driver reported trips, compared to actual travel trips reported by the tracking device.

Stock losses and damages are endorsed and reported to the client. Any losses and/or damages that is deemed as severe, the CC Logistics department will be contacted for further investigation and reporting.

Implementation of corrective plans once problem areas have been identified – this will assist with the prevention of further losses.
